The objective of the IPA Best of Health Awards is to showcase the best creativity across healthcare products and services.
Please note that 2013 entry forms are only applicable for the three submission-based categories (Integrated Idea, Global to Local Innovation Award and Young Talent) - all other entries should just use the entry label and summary form when entering.
The competition will be judged in sections: communications aimed at Healthcare Professionals (HP), communications to Consumers/Patients (C) and communications from Business to Business (B). Communications for charities and for the public sector may be entered into Consumer communications in their specific medium.
Young Talent Award – N.B Open to IPA member agencies ONLY.Aged under 30, the best newcomer must demonstrate innovative and creative thinking. Each member agency will be asked to nominate 2 staff members who will be required to send in a 500 word submission. This submission should be written by the Senior Member of the Agency. The final 3 will be interviewed by the judging panel, and the winner will be announced at the Awards ceremony.Download entry form
*Please note campaigns must be a minimum of three executions. Advertising for any human healthcare product or service is eligible for entry. Advertising which is for animal healthcare or veterinary products, are not eligible. Advertising must have been published/broadcast or printed – no speculative work will be accepted. Any work that is found to be purely speculative will be withdrawn from the competition and no entry fees will be returned. All entries must have first run between January 1st 2012 and March 28th 2013. The Awards are open to any agency, company or healthcare organisation worldwide. Previous entries into the Best of Health Awards are not eligible for re-entry into the same category. However elements that have formed part of previously entered campaigns may be entered as part of a new campaign provided they represent less than half of the new entry. Acceptance of entries is entirely at the discretion of the judges. If eligibility is in doubt, the Convenor of Judges will rule on this question.
